You can nominate in up to 3 company categories. The first two nominations are free, and a fee of USD 200 will be levied for the third category.

Nominations for the 2026 Awards are now open, the deadline to nominate is 20th September 2026.

We understand the importance of confidentiality in the nomination process. Our jury will have access to sensitive business information, and we ensure no conflicts of interest exist.

The nomination deadline is 20th September 2026. To ensure your entry is considered, please make sure both Page 1 and Page 2 of the nomination form are fully completed and submitted before the deadline.

The presentations must be made only by the companies and individuals, who are finalists in each category. The entire process happens online on Zoom, wherein every company/individual finalist is allotted 20 minutes (including Q&A) to present their nomination before the Jury panel. Based on these final presentations, the Jury identifies the winners for each category. There is a Gold and Silver winner announced in each category.

We recommend between 2-3 team members, such that you can make an impactful presentation while having the support of team members who can address the Jury questions well. However, this is only our recommendation, not a standard rule. Only the individual who is the finalist (in an individual category) can make the presentation before the Jury. Their team or personal assistants will not be allowed to present on their behalf.

The winners will be declared in a Gala Awards ceremony on 11th December 2026, at the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan, Dubai.

It is not mandatory to purchase tickets for the Gala Awards ceremony. However, we recommend having adequate company representation at the Awards ceremony, to create an unforgettable memory with your entire team!

The Gala Awards Ceremony of the World Realty Congress will take place on 11th December 2026 at the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan, Dubai.
